“Chemodan” is a Russian cuisine restaurant, which has a “taste” in all respects. Dishes from Yenisei province of the 19th century are cooked according to recipes of that time, with careful observance of the traditions! You can find in the menu: Russian homely soup, venison with red cabbage and apples served up with balsamic dressing, roe venison shish kebab with onion glacé, dishes of Yenisei fish. Old original recipes for drinks: sorts of Erofeich, Ratafia, vodka, fruit liqueur.
